The Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean watch with limited edition "Michael Phelps" is based on the 45.5 mm Seamaster Planet Ocean Chronograph watch, announced last year (below). It has a 45.5 mm stainless steel housing and the one-way frame is unique in that it is made of glossy blue ceramic, but has the first 15 minute markings with orange rubber. The bag also has a helium valve and is as comfortable in water as Phelps with a water resistance of 600 m.
Blue is a recurring theme for this particular edition of the Seamaster Planet Ocean Chronograph. The knob is made of a brilliant white ceramic and has blue applied hour markers filled with white luminous material. The central chronograph's hour, minutes and seconds are also all blue. At 9 o'clock you have a blue subsidiary with a blue used drive. And at 3 you have a 12-hour chronograph tote, which is also in blue with a blue hour hand and an orange minute hand. To complement the look, the watch has a blue rubber band with a blue-orange rubber lining and orange fake breitling seams.
Although there is a lot to use for blue, the general aesthetic is very appropriate because it thinks about the water of the swimming pool. Thanks to the striking white ceramic dial, the watch also looks very readable.
